Notes you can check.

Jotted records your meeting without a bot, writes the notes, and keeps the video. So every note points back to the moment it came from.

Record without a bot in the room

Notetaker bots take a seat in the participant list and change how everyone talks. Jotted never joins the call. It records from your desktop, the way a screen recorder does, so the meeting stays a meeting.

And because it records your screen instead of connecting to a specific app, it works with everything. Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, Discord, Slack huddles. If it happens on your screen, Jotted can record it.

  • Pick any screen or window before you hit record
  • A Do Not Disturb reminder before you record, so a private message never lands in your recording
  • A consent reminder before each recording, because telling people is the right way to do this

The full video, kept

Tools that skip the bot usually keep the notes and throw the recording away. If the summary gets something wrong, there is nothing left to check. Jotted keeps the actual meeting: the faces, the shared screen, the tone of voice when they said yes. In crisp HD, saved as a file you own.

Recordings are written to disk in small chunks as you go, so even if your laptop dies at minute 55 of an hour-long call, the recording survives.

  • Full HD video of any screen or window you choose
  • Crash-safe recording, nothing is lost if something goes wrong mid-call
  • Download everything, your files belong to you

Ask about any meeting, not just this one

Quill reads across every recording you have made and answers from what was actually said. Which call mentioned the budget increase. What you promised to send Marco. Whether you ever agreed on the reporting schedule.

Every answer comes with a link to the meeting and the second it was said. Click it and the video jumps straight there, so you can watch the moment yourself, hear the tone, and send the clip on if you need to.

It works from your recordings and nothing else, so if something was never discussed, Quill tells you rather than filling the gap.

  • Across every meeting, not one call at a time
  • Answers with the moment attached, one click from the video
  • Works only from your recordings, so nothing is invented

A transcript that knows who said what

Every word of the meeting, written down and labeled by speaker. Your own lines are always labeled correctly, because Jotted records your microphone separately from everyone else.

Click any line and the video jumps to that exact moment. The next time someone remembers the call differently, you settle it in ten seconds.

And the transcript itself is free, forever. It runs on your own computer, so even the Free plan gets every word written down. Paid plans add the real names, the summary, and the action items.

  • Word for word, with speaker names
  • Searchable, find "budget" across the whole call instantly
  • Linked to the video, every line is a timestamp

The summary and the to-dos, already written

By the time you close the meeting window, Jotted has read the whole conversation and written the recap: what was discussed, what was decided, and who owes what by when.

The follow-up email that used to take twenty minutes becomes a paste.

  • A clean summary you can drop into email or Slack as-is
  • Action items with owners and deadlines, pulled from what people actually said
  • Decisions on the record, so nothing agreed in the room dies in the room

Hand the notes over as a polished PDF

One click turns a meeting into a clean, formatted document: the summary, the decisions, and every action item with its owner and the exact moment it was said. Send it to a client or drop it in a project folder with no cleanup.

It carries a tidy two-tone look by default, and on paid plans you can add your own logo and pick your own colors.

  • Summary, decisions, and action items, laid out and ready to share
  • Every task shows who owns it, when it is due, and where in the call it came from
  • Export in one click, straight to a file on your computer

Share the whole meeting with one link

Send a link and anyone can watch the recording right in their browser, no account and no download needed. Perfect for the teammate who missed the call or the client who wants the receipts.

You stay in control. Every recording is private until you decide otherwise, and a shared link can be revoked anytime, which shuts the door instantly.

  • Private by default, nobody sees a recording unless you share it
  • Watch in the browser, viewers never need an account
  • Revoke anytime, a dead link stays dead

Your recordings are always yours

Every meeting is saved to your own computer first, on every plan, including the free one. That is what keeps a recording safe even when your internet drops in the middle of a call.

On paid plans it is also backed up to the cloud, so you can open it from any device and share it with a link. Both copies are yours, and they work independently of each other.

Clear your disk to free up space and the cloud copy is still there. Cancel your plan and the recordings on your computer stay exactly where they are.

Only the cloud copies are ever affected. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your cloud recordings are deleted 24 hours after that period ends. And if a payment fails rather than you canceling, nothing is deleted at all: your account pauses with everything intact and you have 15 days to update your card.

  • Saved on your computer first, so a dropped connection never costs you the meeting
  • Backed up to the cloud on paid plans, so you can watch from any device
  • You decide what stays, delete either copy whenever you want

Nothing trains on your meetings

Your recordings and transcripts are never used to train AI. Your business stays your business.

Access from anywhere

On paid plans, every recording uploads to your library after the call ends, so you can pull up any meeting from any device.

Cancel without hostage-taking

If you ever leave, we warn you clearly, you download what you want, and your local files were never ours to take.
